Solution for the above mentioned wordpress error

Login to your Web hosting Client area and open your cpanel. In your Cpanel you will find Port 80 at the last menu under Health Checks and Monitoring.

Health and Checks Monitoring in Cpanel

When you click on Port 80 Icon you will find the malicious files which are effecting your server performance and giving that unexpected error . And you will also see that Outbound Port 80/443 for your account is blocked.

Reason for wordpress unexpected error

In most cases deleting the malicious files mentioned will solve the problem. After successful deletion of those files Unblock the port by clicking the green button, if problem is solved then you can access the port 80.

In rare cases, you should also uninstall the infected plugin/theme and re-install them .
